PAYMENT AGREEMENT

    For this Agreement, GetinMentor and Client are collectively referred to as the "Parties." All capitalized terms used herein will have the same meanings as set forth in this Agreement.

    RECITALS

    WHEREAS, GetinMentor provides professional career development, training, placement, and advisory services;
    WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage GetinMentor to provide certain services in exchange for agreed payments;
    NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

    EXHIBIT 1 – SERVICES

    GetinMentor agrees to provide the following services (“Services”) to the Client: Resume Preparation Services; Marketing & Placement Services; Technical Training Services; Interview Preparation & Support Services; Immigration & Career Advisory Services. Additional services may be provided at GetinMentor’s discretion. If the Client is laid off or terminated within 12 months of employment start, GetinMentor will provide continued Marketing & Placement Services to assist with re-employment.

    EXHIBIT 2 – TERMS OF PAYMENT

    Upfront Payment: The Client shall pay an upfront non-refundable amount of $ (“Upfront Amount”).
    Payable Amount: The Client shall pay 10% of gross annual salary (“Payable Amount”) as specified in the bona fide employment offer.
    Payment Timeline: The Payable Amount is due within 90 days of employment start date, as per Promissory Note and ACH Authorization.
    Subsequent Employment: If the Client is laid off or terminated, no new Payable Amount applies for subsequent jobs. However, if the new salary exceeds the original, the Client shall pay the difference in Payable Amount.
    Initial Installment: Client shall pay $ at the time of receiving the bona fide offer letter, which will be applied as the first installment of the Payable Amount.

    Client agrees to provide: Promissory Note and ACH Payment Authorization Form.

    EXHIBIT 3 – DISPUTE & REFUND POLICY

    Refund of the Upfront Amount is subject to GetinMentor’s sole discretion and only if the Client makes a written request within 48 hours of payment. The Client agrees not to raise disputes with banks, credit card providers, or payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, Payoneer) after payments have been processed. No refund will be issued for the Payable Amount.

    EXHIBIT 4 – CONFIDENTIALITY

    Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary, business, and client-related information disclosed under this Agreement. Confidential Information may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent and shall be used only to fulfill obligations under this Agreement.

    EXHIBIT 5 – GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

    EXHIBIT 6 – MISCELLANEOUS

    Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full understanding of the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
    Amendments: Modifications must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
    Non-Transferability: The Client may not assign or transfer this Agreement without prior written consent.
    Validity: If any clause of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
